I design and facilitate teacher professional learning that is practical, research-informed, and deeply reflective. This professional development serves as an existential grounding for teachers from which they can anchor and navigate all other professional learning and school philosophy. My goal is to bridge educational and ontological theory and philosophy with real-world application, so that both teachers and children's existential needs and questions are jointly fulfilled. Through coaching, collaborative inquiry, and evidence-based strategies, I equip teachers with the confidence, critical thinking, pedagogical and existential expertise to create meaningful, child-centred learning environments that drive lasting impact.
